LIFTING THE STRUCTURE

Sometimes, the operation of consolidating the foundation ground is accompanied by a marked lifting of the structure. In fact, if the entire building or even only the subsided part possesses sufficient structural rigidity, with careful laser control and following a precise application method, one can recuperate the lowering which has taken place, by means of lifting.

The structure above must have a foundation of sufficient size and be sufficiently rigid; if this is not the case there is a risk of causing fractures in the walls.

The load above must furthermore be proportionate to the degree of lifting required.

In fact, during this operation, the intrinsic structural rigidity will cause a big proportion of the load to concentrate at the lifting point. Lifting is obtained by simply prolonging the injections of material into the ground below. Given that this ground will have been previously consolidated, it will resist further compression and the expansion of the resin will occur in an exclusively upward direction, in lifting the building.
